Can we add a contact name/phone and account number to our purchase orders?

Yes. The default contact information for each vendor is set on the Gift Card Vendors page (Gift Cards->Vendors). Click Edit for the vendor you wish to update. In the Vendor Details section, fill in the Contact Person, Contact Phone Number, and Account # fields as needed, then click Save.

This information is automatically included on purchase orders created for that vendor.
