How do I view orders?

The Manage Orders page (Orders->Manage Orders) is the best page to view and manage your orders. You can search for orders by several criteria. For more details, refer to the How do I use Manage Orders page?

To view printable reports, navigate to Reports->Reports. The Orders section of the Reports page contains three reports for viewing orders:

  • By Individual — Orders grouped by user.
  • By Vendor — Orders grouped by vendor.
  • Detailed — Full details (amount sold, user credit, organization credit, unfilled amount) for every gift card in every order.

Click the report name to open it. The report updates automatically as you change the filters at the top of the page. Each report toolbar provides a Search... box to filter the displayed results, a print icon to print the report, a download icon with a drop down to export to CSV or PDF, and a Columns drop down to show or hide columns.
