Yes. Shipping and handling can be set in two places: as a default per vendor, or on an individual purchase order.
Setting the default shipping for a vendor
The default shipping charge can be changed on the Gift Card Vendors page (Gift Cards->Vendors). Edit the desired vendor and update the Default Shipping amount. This is the default that is applied when a new purchase order is created for that vendor.
Changing shipping on an individual purchase order
Each purchase order's shipping is based on the vendor's default at the time the purchase order is created. You may change the shipping on a specific purchase order by clicking on the shipping amount in the purchase order. After clicking the shipping value, the option to change the shipping charge will appear.
Note: To reset the shipping back to the vendor's default, click the reset button.
