How Do I Add/Edit/Delete F.A.Q.s?

Frequently asked questions (F.A.Q.s) specific to your program are displayed on the F.A.Q. page in the user's help section. F.A.Q.s are listed in the order you specify.

Adding an F.A.Q.

1. Navigate to Settings->User Area Content.
2. The User Content page will be displayed. Scroll to the Frequently Asked Questions section and click the New F.A.Q. button on the right.
3. The New F.A.Q. page will be displayed. Enter the question and answer in the respective fields.
4. Click the Save button.

Editing an F.A.Q.

1. On the User Area Content page, in the Frequently Asked Questions section, locate the F.A.Q. you wish to edit.
2. Click the Edit button next to that F.A.Q.
3. The Edit F.A.Q. page will be displayed. Make the necessary changes.
4. Click the Save button.

Deleting an F.A.Q.

1. On the User Area Content page, in the Frequently Asked Questions section, locate the F.A.Q. you wish to delete.
2. Click the Delete button next to that F.A.Q.
3. A confirmation dialog will be displayed. Click the 'Yes, Delete' button to confirm.

Changing the order of F.A.Q.s

The order in which F.A.Q.s are displayed on the F.A.Q. page can be changed by drag-and-drop. In the Frequently Asked Questions section, grab a row by its drag handle (the ≡ icon on the left) and drop it into the desired position. The new order is saved automatically.
